Hong Kong Strategy
Customs Tax

Customs Tax may be required from the import-export of goods or anything upon which the rate is specified upon, to apply in the Customs Duty.

Excise Tax

Excise Tax may be required from luxurious goods and services specified in the Excise Duty Schedule.

Tax Treaties

Thailand has Double Taxation Treaties with more than 20 countries such as Canada, Malaysia, China, etc. Tax Treaties will save tax for any company which must pay the money to any persons outside Thailand and reduce the withholding tax. Tax Treaties will encourage foreign investors to invest in Thailand because it will help them to reduce the tax burden of foreign investors who conduct business in Thailand.
