Expropriation and restrictions on ownership rights
- Export of available protective medical gear and disinfectants is still prohibited
- Obligation to allow the use of facilities (hospitals, clinics) for the treatment of patients - the order to provide premises for the treatment of coronavirus patients remains in place.
Measures limiting freedom of establishment
- Certain limitations on working overtime for healthcare professionals have been rescinded for the period of the state of emergency and two months after its lifting.

- Guidance for clinical trials - recommendations of the Bulgarian Drug Agency dated 18 March 2020 (referring to the EMA recommendation).
