Two Guernsey incorporated, London listed funds have appointed Carey Group as company secretary. The funds in question are NB Global Floating Rate Income Fund Limited (NB Global) and NB Distressed Debt Investment Fund Limited (NB Distressed).

NB Global has been listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (LSE) since 20 April 2011 and was admitted to the FTSE 250 in March 2012. It currently has a market capitalisation of £1,211 million.

NB Distressed was admitted to trading on the Specialist Funds Market of the LSE and listed on the Channel Islands Securities Exchange (CISE) on 10 June 2010. The market capitalisation of the fund is £444 million.

The investment manager for both funds is Neuberger Berman Europe Limited. Established in 1939, the Neuberger Berman Group is a private, independent, employee-controlled asset management company, managing approximately US$242 billion in assets as of 31 December 2013 and which is headquartered in New York with European Headquarters in London. C.L. Secretaries, a Carey Group company, has been appointed to act as company secretary to both funds and the registered office for both funds has been moved to Carey Group's offices in Guernsey.
