The Finance Training Agency's study centre at Nelson Place, Smith Street, St Peter Port, was officially opened on 5 November by Lord Armstrong of Ilminster. The Agency has also planned a series of Open days for small groups of interested islanders.
FTA Director, Rick Rowland has also announced that its options for local students will include tuition for an MSc in Corporate Governance. Successful graduates will automatically qualify for membership of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. This course, to be run by Bournemouth University, is being offered through collaboration between the FTA and the Guernsey Civil Service Board.
