We reported in article no. 51 (sec. 5) on the transfer pricing arbitration convention with went into effect between the EU member states as of 1 January 1995.

Detailed guidelines on the application of this convention (BMF RIW 1997, 794 - 1 July 1997) have now been issued by the German tax authorities.
