On 14th May at its headquarters in Limassol, Elias Neocleous & Co LLC proudly hosted the event of the European branch of the International Business Structuring Association (IBSA) on "Substance Requirements In International Business Structuring". The discussion focused on the major shifts in international business and tax structuring on substance requirements and the new stipulations under the Multilateral Instrument (MLI) as well as the fast coming changes in international tax law. The speakers covered a wide-ranging agenda including the approach that several jurisdictions have adopted, including Cyprus, in complying with these developments.
