The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has issued instructions to Issuers with securities admitted to trading on a regulated market regarding submission of their annual reports for the financial year 2015.

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has issued instructions to Issuers with securities admitted to trading on a regulated market regarding submission of their annual reports for the financial year 2015.

Reports are to be submitted as a pdf attachment to an email and, in accordance with article 9 (3) of the Transparency Requirements (Traded Securities in Regulated Markets) Law 2007, should include the annual financial statements and auditors' report, together with the requisite declarations from the directors of the issuer. If the general manager or equivalent and the chief financial officer are not members of the board of the Issuer, they are also required to provide declarations in accordance with article 9 (7) of the Transparency Law.
