The laws amending the Law Regulating Companies Providing Administrative Services and Related Matters of 2012 and the International Trusts Law of 1992 to 2012 in order to create a register of trusts established in Cyprus were published in the official gazette on 9 September and entered into force on that date.

The laws amending the Law Regulating Companies Providing Administrative Services and Related Matters of 2012 and the International Trusts Law of 1992 to 2012 in order to create a register of trusts established in Cyprus were published in the official gazette on 9 September and entered into force on that date. Trustees subject to the Fiduciaries Law will be required to provide the relevant information regarding existing trusts by 9 March 2014.
