Cyprus-Ukraine Tax Treaty Ratified – July 2013

The Convention for the avoidance of double taxation and the
prevention of fiscal evasion signed between Cyprus and the
Ukraine on 8th November 2012 will enter into force as from 1
January 2014.
It was ratified by the Ukrainian Parliament on 4 July 2013.
The new Treaty will replace the existing Treaty signed between
Cyprus and the USSR in 1982.
