On 15 December 2016 the Cyprus Registrar of Companies announced
that companies which have not paid the annual fee prescribed by
article 391 of the Companies Law Cap. 113 within one year of the
due date will be deleted from the register in accordance with
article 327 (2A) (b) of the Companies Law. The details of companies
which have not paid the prescribed fee for 2015 and earlier years
will be published in the official government gazette and deleted
from the register three months later.
