Last month ‎law makers in China voted in favour of adopting a new Charity Law.

Last month law makers in China voted in favour of adopting a new Charity Law. The Charity Law is expected to take effect in September and, among other things, is expected to ease fundraising restrictions, improve tax incentives and provide greater oversight of charities.
