Mr. Wu Zhenguo, the Deputy Director General of the Anti-Monopoly Bureau under the Ministry of Commerce ("MOFCOM"), visited New Zealand and Australia during October 21 to October 28. Mr. Wu discussed with Ms. Hugh berg, the Deputy Chairwoman of the New Zealand Business Council ("NZBC"), concerning the signing of the antitrust memorandum of understanding. Mr. Wu also communicated with the department heads of the NZBC during his visit to New Zealand. In visiting Australia, Mr. Wu negotiated and discussed with Rod Sims, Chairman of Australian Competition and Consumer Commission ("ACCC"), concerning the case cooperative mechanism under the antitrust memorandum of understanding, and held a work meeting with the ACCC.
