On 5 November 2015, Mr. Zhang Handong, Director General of PSIAMB under NDRC attended the 2015 antitrust economics conference held in Sydney, Australia. During the conference, Mr. Zhang met with Mr. Rod Sims, Chairman of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission ("ACCC"), and witnessed the signing of the MoU on antitrust cooperation between NDRC and ACCC.
