BENEFITS

Leading edge technology – our global entity corporate software, ViewPoint, introduced in 2005 allows us to manage effectively all the statutory, compliance and relationship information we maintain on behalf of clients and provides us with comprehensive management information, increasing efficiency in workflow.

On-line web access to statutory information for clients ("Eview") – we have introduced this system which provides clients with secure internet and intranet access to their statutory information and registers online 24 hours a day from any location worldwide. We are rolling out Phase 2 of its development which will enable us to make available statutory documents online such as Certificates of Incorporation and Board minutes.

Accountability and continuity – each Corporate Administrator is responsible for a designated portfolio of entities so becomes familiar with their clients' companies. Clients are provided with a day to day contact for support and queries and can be assured that this will be someone who knows their business.

Excellent client service – we have a policy of fulfilling client requests within 24 hours wherever possible. Our Corporate Administrators are supported by Finance and Operations teams within Walkers SPV so they can focus on their key role of providing excellent service to our clients.

High level of quality control – the department is comprised of a number of small teams of Corporate Administrators each headed by a Team Leader who manages resources and the quality and output of work.

Global reach – a team of designated Corporate Administrators is based in Hong Kong to serve our Asia based clients to whom we provide registered office services for their Cayman companies – allowing us to provide information in the same time zone and in the right language.

Trained and qualified staff – our Corporate Administrators have the benefit of an in-house Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators sponsored programme which we have introduced in conjunction with a local college. This provides them with the opportunity to obtain an offshore corporate administration qualification which is recognised internationally. In addition, a number of our staff are graduates or are studying for degrees in law and business administration. A comprehensive structured induction programme is also in place for new joiners and ongoing monthly workshops ensure that the team shares knowledge and best practice. Our team structure also affords the opportunity for staff to grow and progress to team leader and management roles.

A "one stop shop" for clients – entities are incorporated or formed by Walkers law firm and transferred into our department for ongoing registered office services once external directors and shareholders are appointed, providing a seamless service to clients.

Experience – our Corporate Administrators have extensive knowledge and a depth of experience which is unsurpassed in Cayman with a number of staff having over 10 years' experience in the field.

Flexibility – our team is large enough to take on special projects such as the take on of a large group of companies and to act as an added resource for your business as the need arises. We also offer omnibus registered office agreements and consolidated invoicing options for groups to enhance the efficiency of our service.

Embedded procedures – the maturity and quality of our team means that we have developed robust and efficient policies and processes on which we pride ourselves including a structured and smooth transfer-in process for registered office clients transferring to us from other providers.
