Walkers has again provided the Cayman Islands and Ireland jurisdiction summaries for the latest edition of Pillsbury's World Aircraft Repossession Index.

This guide covers 72 jurisdictions worldwide used for aircraft finance structures and/or in which aircraft are registered and operate. Utilizing seven primary criteria and a proprietary scoring methodology, there is a one-page summary for each jurisdiction which summarizes the expert analysis provided by reputable local counsel and certain key data obtained from other third-party sources.

The Cayman Islands scores 91% and is in the lowest risk category. Ireland scores 86% and is also in the lowest Risk category.
