Ogier acted as Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal counsel to the issuer on the HKEx listing of China Logistics Property Holdings Co., Ltd ("China Logistics") in July 2016.

Ogier acted as Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal counsel to the issuer on the HKEx listing of China Logistics Property Holdings Co., Ltd ("China Logistics") in July 2016.

China Logistics Property is one of the leading provider of logistics facilities in China. The use of the net proceeds of the listing include the development of new logistics park projects and repayment of bank borrowings.

The Ogier team was led by Partner Nathan Powell, based in Ogier's Hong Kong Office, assisted by Associate Carmen Leung.

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP acted as lead advisers to China Logistics Property and Sidley Austin acted as lead advisers to the joint sponsors and underwriters including Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank Group.
