George Town, Grand Cayman – Effective 6 January 2014, Cayman Brac residents will have access to limited General Registry services at the District Administration office in Stake Bay. Persons will be able to file company annual returns, make payments, and request certificates of good standing and incorporation, and lists of directors and officers.

This new service is expected to save Brac business owners time and money, as it will eliminate the need for them to fly to Grand Cayman whenever they need to conduct those types of transactions.

'This initiative is highly anticipated by Brac residents, and we are happy to be in a position to roll it out very soon,' said Donnie Dixon, Deputy Registrar. He further explained that the services will be provided by District Administration staff members who were trained by the Registry.

An Assistant Registrar will be on site for the first week of implementation to monitor processes, provide guidance to staff, and respond to questions.

The District Administration office opens to the public on Mondays through Fridays, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
