On February 4, 2019, Metalla Royalty & Streaming Ltd. (TSXV: MTA) (OTCQX: MTAFF) (FRANKFURT: X9CP) announced that it had entered into a purchase and sale agreement to acquire from a third party a 1.0% NSR royalty on Atlantic Gold Corporation's (TSXV: AGB) Fifteen Mile Stream project for US$4 million. The purchase price will be satisfied by an upfront payment of $2.2 million in cash and 2,619,000 common shares of Metalla. The royalty is in connection with two claims which collectively comprise the Fifteen Mile Stream project located in Nova Scotia, Canada, and covers all products mined or otherwise recovered from the project.

Gowling WLG advised Metalla with respect to the negotiation of this agreement with a team that included Denis Silva and Jill Dunn, assisted by Kean Silverthorn.
