Today, the Department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited 3900 applicants with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 449 or higher to apply for permanent residence. The high CRS score is a reflection of the distribution of the Express Entry pool where the competition remains strong among those with scores between 441 and 450. Today’s draw marks the 104th round of invitations since Express Entry came into force.
