November 8, 2017- Today, the Department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) released the latest Express Entry draw with 2000 candidates issued an Invitation to Apply (ITA).

November 8, 2017- Today, the Department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) released the latest Express Entry draw with 2000 candidates issued an Invitation to Apply (ITA). The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) of the lowest-ranked candidate was 458.

This is the first draw to operate under the new Tie-Breaking Rule, whereby in the event that multiple candidates have tied CRS scores, profiles would be ranked according to the date and time of submission of the profiles
