March 1, 2017 - Today, the Department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited 3884 people to apply for Permanent Residence to Canada through Express Entry. The number of invitations increased by an astounding 273 invitations from the last draw on February 22, 2017. The lowest qualifying score was 434, a drop of 7 points from the last round. This round has surpassed all previous draws and is the largest number of invitations and lowest qualifying score ever pulled since the program began on January 31st, 2015.
