The securities regulators of British Columbia, Saskatchewan,
Manitoba, Quebec, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia have made
amendments to the
previously adopted start-up crowdfunding
exemption blanket orders and corresponding start-up forms and
guides (the Amendments). The Amendments,
effective June 30, 2016, reflect the
new SEDAR filing requirements for exempt
market filings that came into force earlier this year, as well as
other changes of a housekeeping nature.
