The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) recently published
CSA Staff Notice 11-329 Withdrawal of
Notices and Revocation of Omnibus/Blanket
Orders. CSA Staff Notice 11-329 withdraws a
number of CSA staff notices and parallel orders as well as
Multilateral Policy 34-202 Registrants Acting as Corporate
Directors, the majority of which are made obsolete by
amendments to National Instrument 31-103
Registration Requirements, Exemptions and Ongoing Registrant
Obligations.
