On June 16, 2014, the OSC refused Mr. Black's motion to stay
his OSC proceedings by holding that the proceedings in Canada were
simply held in abeyance until the U.S. criminal trial was disposed
of for the sake of efficiency. The abeyance was not intended to be
indefinite. The hearing has been scheduled for October 3, 2014.
