Perrault (Director of the Electronic Commerce Enforcement Division, CRTC), and Dana-Lynn Wood (Advisor & Senior Enforcement Officer, CRTC) discussed CASL and answered questions to clarify some of the ambiguities of, and address concerns with, the law.
