The Safe Food For Canadians Act

On June 7, 2012, the Canadian government tabled a new bill that would significantly reform Canada's existing food safety system in three main ways: improving oversight to keep our food supply safe, streamlining inspection and enforcement systems, and increasing international market opportunities for Canadian companies.

On June 7, 2012, the Canadian government tabled a new bill that would significantly reform Canada's existing food safety system in three main ways: improving oversight to keep our food supply safe, streamlining inspection and enforcement systems, and increasing international market opportunities for Canadian companies.
