The
OSC today announced that it had, along with the
ASC and
BCSC, entered into Memoranda of Understanding with the
Bank of England and the U.K.
Financial Conduct Authority regarding mutual assistance in
the supervision and oversight of regulated entities that
operate in both the U.K. and the participating Canadian
jurisdictions. The MOUs are subject to Ministerial approvals.
