​The Supreme Court of Canada has released its long-awaited decision in Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union of Canada, Local 30 v. Irving Pulp & Paper, Ltd.

The decision deals with the tricky issue of whether or not Irving Pulp was entitled to carry out random alcohol testing of its employees.
