The CSA and AMF have announced extensions to the
comment period regarding the
CSA proposal for a new rule to govern poison pills and the
AMF's alternative approach to amend the take-over bid
regime, as well as the comment period relating to the
proposed changes to the early warning system.
The comment periods, originally scheduled to end on June 12,
have been extended to July 12, 2013.
