The Ministry of Consumer Services has released a plain language guide to the new Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 (the "ONCA") that is now available on the Ministry's website at: http://www.sse.gov.on.ca/mcs/en/Pages/onca7.aspx.
The Guide follows the Draft Organizational By-laws that were posted recently by the Ministry and which can be found at http://www.sse.gov.on.ca/mcs/en/Pages/onca6.aspx.
