On December 16, the Autorité des marchés
financiers announced adjustments to certain costs
and fees for the upcoming year. Specifically, fees payable under
laws administered by the AMF, including the Securities Act
and Derivatives Act,
will increase by 2.66% as of January 1, 2012. For the AMF's
