Brazil: Comissão Mista da MP que altera a Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados aprova o parecer do relator e projeto segue à Câmara

Na última terça-feira (07/05), a Comissão Mista da MP nº 869/2018, que altera a Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) para criar a Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados, aprovou o parecer apresentado pelo relator da matéria, deputado Orlando Silva (PCdoB-SP). 

O parecer, que é pela aprovação, alterou pontos como a quantidade de integrantes do Conselho Diretor, o tempo do mandato, entre outros aspectos da Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados. A matéria segue agora como um Projeto de Lei de Conversão (PLV) ao Plenário da Câmara dos Deputados e, se aprovado, seguirá ao Plenário do Senado Federal. 

A MP tem validade até 3 de junho e, caso não seja deliberada e aprovada pelas duas Casas do Congresso Nacional até o fim deste prazo, o texto perderá a vigência, e os efeitos que produziu nesse período deverão ser regulamentados por meio de um decreto legislativo.

Em sendo aprovada pelas duas Casas, a matéria será enviada ao Presidente da República, que poderá sancioná-la ou vetála, total ou parcialmente, no prazo de 15 dias úteis contados do recebimento, importando o seu silêncio em sanção tácita integral de toda a matéria.

CTASP aprova PL que determina que os municípios e o DF divulguem os alvarás dos estabelecimentos em funcionamento

Na última quarta-feira (08/05), a Comissão de Trabalho, de Administração e Serviço Público (CTASP) da Câmara dos Deputados aprovou, nos termos do parecer do relator, dep. André Figueiredo (PDT-CE), o PL nº 163/2019, que altera a Lei nº 12.527/2011, que dispõe sobre os procedimentos a serem

observados pela União, pelos estados, pelo Distrito Federal e pelos municípios com o fim de garantir o acesso a informações, para determinar que os municípios e o Distrito Federal sejam obrigados a divulgar na Internet os alvarás em vigor expedidos aos estabelecimentos. 

Agora, a matéria será analisada pela Comissão de Constituição e Justiça e de Cidadania (CCJC).
