Em 18/12/2018 passou a vigorar a lei 13.767, que estabeleceu
como forma de interrupção do contrato de emprego, a
ausência do empregado para a realização de
exames preventivos de câncer. A lei estabelece como
interrupção a ausência de até três
dias num período de 12 meses, desde que haja
comprovação da ausência para este fim.
