O Informativo Energia Elétrica contém a legislação e a regulamentação do setor elétrico, de caráter geral, publicadas no mês de junho de 2015. Destaque para o Decreto nº 8.461, que regulamenta as condições para a prorrogação das concessões de distribuição de energia elétrica, nos termos do art. 7º da Lei nº 12.783/2013. Ressalte-se, ainda, a Resolução Normativa nº 666, que atualizou as regras para a contratação do uso sistema de transmissão em caráter permanente, flexível, temporário e de reserva de capacidade, bem como as formas de estabelecimento dos respectivos encargos, revogando o art. 14 da Resoluções nº 281/1999, a Resolução nº 371/1999, a Resolução Normativa nº 399/2010, a Resolução Normativa nº 429/2011 e os arts. 5º e 6º da Resolução Normativa nº 442/2011.
