O Informativo Energia Elétrica contém a legislação e a regulamentação do setor elétrico, de caráter geral, publicadas no mês de novembro de 2014. Destaque para a publicação dos editais dos leilões de geração e de transmissão a serem realizados neste mês de dezembro, quais sejam: (i) 14º Leilão de Compra de Energia Elétrica Proveniente de Empreendimento de Geração Existente (Leilão A-1/2014), com início de suprimento em 1º de janeiro de 2015, a ser realizado em 5 de dezembro de 2014; e (ii) Leilão para Contratação de 10 Concessões para Prestação do Serviço Público de Transmissão, pelo prazo de 30 anos, a ser realizado em 19 de dezembro de 2014. Ressalte-se, ainda, a publicação da Resolução Normativa nº 633 e da Resolução Homologatória nº 1.832, ambas de 25 de novembro de 2014, as quais alteraram a base de cálculo dos limites mínimo e máximo do PLD, bem como homologaram tais limites do PLD para 2015 em R$ 30,26/MWh e R$ 388,48/MWh.
