Resolution CAMEX 27 of April 29, 2015 was published today,
regulating administrative procedures for requests fo
analysis by the Public Interest Assessment Technical Group
(GTIP).
The GTIP acts in order to analyze the suspension or amendment of
provisional and definitive anti-dumping measures on grounds of
public interest.
With the new regulations it is expected that the procedures
become more rapid and more companies use the system.
