Ordinance No. 100 if the Ministry of the Environment, was published on May 05,2015 postponing the deadline for owners and possessors of the rural property to enrol such property with the Rural Environmental Registry (CAR) (Article 29, §3° and article 59, §2° of Law No 12.615, of May 25, 2012 – Forest Code). According to mentioned Ordinance, the initial registration term is now extended for one (1) year, being effective and enforceable as of May, 5th 2016.
