Espírito Santo State Environmental Secretary - SEAMA and State Environmental Agency - IEMA have published, the Invite No. 002/2014 for presentation of proposals of take-back programs.
The invite is applicable to companies, associations, unions and other institutions that represent national or state manufacturers, importers, distributors and retailers with products listed below:
I – Products:
a) Automotive lubes;
b) Filter for automotive lubes;
c) Automotive batteries;
d) Batteries;
e) Electronic products;
f) Sodium Vapor-based lamps;
g) Tires;
h) Drugs and pharmaceutical products for human use;
i) Drugs for veterinary use;
j) Automotive air filters.
II – Plastic, metal or glass packaging:
a) Food;
b) Drinks;
c) Personal hygiene products, perfumes and cosmetics;
d) Household cleaning products;
e) Drugs and pharmaceutical products for human use
f) Drugs for veterinary use.
Invited parties shall present their proposals to SEAMA/IEMA by January 6th, 2015.
