On February 26, 2015 the Brazilian government created the
programme "Programa Bem Mais Simples" (Decree No.
8414/2015) and the Brazilian System for the Integrated Closing of
Companies (Sistema Nacional de Baixa Integrada de Empresa).
The purpose is the progressive reduction of paperwork and the
electronic integration of processes and procedures relating to
public services, especially the opening and closing of
companies.
