Norton Rose Group's operations in the Asia-Pacific region significantly expanded when Deacons Australia became part of the group on 1 January 2010. In light of this growth we have revised our Arbitration in Asia manual and incorporated 6 additional jurisdictions, taking the total covered to 19.
Our regional arbitration manuals are practical reference tools for anyone involved in international dispute resolution. As well as country-by-country guides they include a section providing an introduction to arbitration and guidance on practical issues, such as drafting an effective arbitration clause. The reference section provides information on the key conventions and links to the leading arbitration institutions around the world. This Asia-Pacific edition follows and complements our manuals focussed on each of Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
We have brought together the content of our four regional manuals to create one global online resource - Arbitration across the regions - covering 50 countries worldwide.
A short online guide is available to take you through the key features of the new manual.
Should you require any further information on the manuals or our Arbitration practice, please do not hesitate to contact Joe Tirado (UK) or, in Australia, Ron Nathans
