30/10/2019 – This instrument amends provisions in
two Private Health Insurance Rules to omit or insert Medicare
Benefit (MBS) item numbers as a consequence of
changes to the MBS effective from 1 November 2019, correct the
classification of an MBS item, omit redundant MBS items and refine
the expression of time in a Rule.
