Moore Stephens is delighted to have been part of the Association of Schools Business Administrators (ASBA) Conference 2013 in Cairns.
With over 600 delegates and 100 exhibitors, it has been a great opportunity to catch up with clients and their peers. We've had some useful discussions with delegates and shared some great war stories.
The schools sector clearly plays a major role in the foundation of our society's growth and development. Those charged with the task of educating students carry this responsibility and constantly have to adapt to today's changing and challenging world.
The education framework, both at a primary and secondary school level, is undergoing critical change throughout Australia, to enhance the quality of education experience; improve staff to student ratios; and most importantly, deliver an education experience that addresses the needs of students and equips them with the necessary skills and life experiences to successfully enter the workplace.
Uncertainties and changes occurring in the regulatory, funding and economic environment are resounding pressures, but they also provide opportunities. With the challenges ahead, major innovation will be required in the coming years and we are committed to supporting the sector through these ongoing challenges and opportunities.
