The London Stock Exchange (LSE) has amended its Admission and Disclosure Standards principally to provide for the new Shanghai-London Stock Connect Segment of the Main Market. This is a collaboration between the LSE and the Shanghai Stock Exchange allowing for the trading of Chinese A-shares' depositary receipts on the Main Market of the LSE.
The amendments in the form proposed by the LSE in July came into effect on 1 October 2018. The amended Admission and Disclosure Standards are contained in Attachment 1 to LSE Notice N15/18.
