The SEC named Anita B. Bandy and Carolyn M. Welshhans as Associate Directors in the SEC Division of Enforcement.

Ms. Bandy first joined the SEC in 2004 serving as an Assistant Director in the Division of Enforcement for the last five years. Prior to joining the SEC, Ms. Bandy was an associate at Proskauer Rose LLP.

Ms. Welshhans joined the SEC in 2007 serving as an Assistant Director in the Division of Enforcement's Market Abuse Unit for the last three years. Before joining the SEC, she was an associate at Dechert LLP.
