Three governors were elected to the FINRA board. The elected governors are:

  • large firm governor Timothy C. Scheve, President and Chief Executive Officer of Janney Montgomery Scott LLC;
  • mid-size firm governor Brian J. Kovack, Co-Founder and President of Kovack Securities, Inc.; and
  • small firm representative Paige W. Pierce, Senior Vice President of Larimer Capital Corp.
