April 5, 2018 - The Quebec Immigration Ministry has re-established a Skilled Worker application for Certificat de Sélection (CSQ) intake of 5,000 for the 2017-2018 session via "Mon projet Quebec", its online platform.

April 5, 2018 – The Quebec Immigration Ministry has re-established a Skilled Worker application for Certificat de Sélection (CSQ) intake of 5,000 for the 2017-2018 session via "Mon projet Quebec", its online platform. The submission period has not yet been announced.

Requirements for the Quebec Skilled Worker Program remain in place through August 15th2018 for new applications. Beyond that date, new regulations recently tabled by Quebec, are set to take effect.

Applications from candidates with a valid job offer who are currently temporary residents of Quebec, can be submitted any time.
