The NFA Board of Directors reelected Michael C. Dawley as Chair. Mr. Dawley of Goldman Sachs & Co. will serve a one-year term.

The NFA Board of Directors reelected Michael C. Dawley as Chair. Mr. Dawley of Goldman Sachs & Co. will serve a one-year term. The Board also reelected Maureen C. Downs of Phillip Capital Inc. to serve as Vice-Chair.

In addition, the Board elected five individuals to serve two-year terms as public directors, and 13 individuals to serve one-year terms on the NFA Executive Committee.
