In short, compliance with the Program in 2017 can earn you and your practice anywhere from a 0%-4% increase in your reimbursements under the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule in 2019. However, failure to meet at least the minimum level of compliance this year will result in a negative adjustment of 4% to your Medicare reimbursements in 2019.
