from $.75 to $1.40 per ton for the 2016–17 and subsequent
fiscal periods. The proposed rule would implement a recommendation
from the Washington Apricot Marketing Committee, which is composed
of growers and handlers who locally administer Marketing Agreement
and Order No. 922 to regulate the handling of apricots grown in
designated counties in Washington. Comments are due
September 22, 2016.
