Federal Register: SEC Proposes Requiring Hyperlinks And HTML Formatting In All Registration Filings

The SEC requested comments on a proposal that would require
registrants to (i) include hyperlinks to exhibits in their filings,
and (ii) submit all filings in Hypertext Markup Language
("HTML") format. The request for comments was published
in the Federal Register.
Comments on the proposal must be submitted by October 27,
2016.
